I wouldn't be at all surprised if Oaten ends up defecting to the Tories.

Well he hasn't really answered as we are still no nearer knowing if he will leave early or not. I am not sure what his gripe is with Lib Dem bloggers? But his decision has to have bern of interest to the party. A by election would be tough but I believe in Martin Tod we have a brilliant candidate and without the anti Labour swing don't think it would be a problem.....I guess it will all be a lot clearer after Henley.
